Fixed-interest loan
(lowest risk)

For conservative investors who value security.

Running time max. 1 year
Used in the liquidity management of IDS System AG
No direct participation in the trading result
So far no capital loss for lenders since 2006

The focus is on security – the entry into the world of the IDS system.

Level 2:
Profit-participating loan (low risk)

For yield-oriented investors with a medium time horizon.

Profit-participating loan in use since 2006
Profit/loss split 50 % / 50 % between lender and user
Option of monthly withdrawal (“express pension”) without capital reduction
Many years of experience: 10% capital withdrawal per year possible without reducing the base
Example result (as at July 2025): recommended investor return 20.7 % p.a. with 50 % share of trading profit

Fair sharing of risk and return with a proven model.

Level 3:
License agreement with purchase option
(medium risk)

For companies and professional investors with their own trading structure.

Fixed-term license agreement for 3 years
License fee: 0.5% of the trading capital per month (incl. services)
Purchase option at any time during the term
Example: Trading capital € 2 million, license fee € 120,000 p.a.

Full system utilization – with subsequent participation in the system value.

Stage 4:
Acquisition of IDS System AG shares (opportunities and risks customary for shares)

For strategic investors with a long-term perspective.

Share capital: € 20.3 million
Planned trading on the Regulated Unofficial Market of Deutsche Börse
Long-term value according to auditor: approx. € 867 million
Short-term estimated value (stock market opening price): € 41-84 million (200-400% of the share capital)
